Armed with a snazzy SidePanel, a categorized folder view, an inbuilt application viewer and catalog support, the latest release of NewBreeze is all set to make your file management a much better experience.
This is the only file manager available for linux other than Konqueror/Dolphin to have the option of "Show in Groups".
A compact sidebar means that you can see more folders/files at once. At the same time, hovering on the Devices/Bookmarks icon expands the sidebar to reveal the drives and the bookmarks.
Want a way to group together folders with similar contents but not move them to a different folder? You got it! "Catalog" them and view them in the Catalog view. I have provided four convenience catalogs, Documents, Music, Pictures and Videos but there is no reason why you can't add your own!
