New Cloud Standart Solution

This template futher developed may be used as a fundation of Cloud.

In core of implemented class there is T** which specifies Pointer to Array of Pointers,

there is implementation that increases that structure when place for more varibles is needed.

T** can be changed to any T****...., so there is unlimited possibilities to develop algorithms,

that will dynamically and fast grow or shrink when needed available space, which outside of class

are accessed only as one dimension of infinity of elements.

As a parameter of GenericArray can be used C++ struct, in that struct there can be put many variables,

including for example unsigned long ForeginKey, and in this way it we be possible to run any SQL query on that kind of

Infinitly Large Tables.

With that kind of technology any City in whole World can have it's own Cloud on it's own physical hardware.
