This is a project to create artificial intelligence , It uses the components created by Deric , It uses a type of hierarchical memory which is modeled exactly based on how brain processes neural activity , at the concepts core stands a block of neurons made up of neurons which can only be on or off but never both , and these neurons are staked on top of each other to form mini columns
