Purpose: NT Service that fetches the time from a TimeSource Server.

License: GPL. Use at your own risk. No warranty of any kind.

Environment: Windows NT 4.0 (NT 2000 not tested)

Installation: Copy NetTimeSVC.EXE and NetTimeCPL.CPL into your Win32 directory
              (usually c:\winnt\system32)
              Install the Service by running NetTimeSVC.EXE --install
              Open the Control Panel, Select NetTime and fill in the Form.
              Note that the Control Panel Applet allows to configure remote installations
              as well.
