NetStart lets you choose applications you wish to start up when an active Internet connection becomes available rather than when Windows starts.
The configuration lets you easily select which items you wish to run on the system startup, and which items you wish to wait for a present Internet connection to be active before running. NetStart can also run the items in the Internet list if the connection is ever restored from a drop, for network sensitive items.
