Highlights
- Fixed marketplace index requests falling back to the offline cache when an expired GitHub token was present.
- Preserved the cached GitHub login so author-only marketplace actions remain available after token cleanup.
- Added stable author versus ordinary-user marketplace actions, including centered Install and Favorite controls for ordinary users.
