    Хотелось бы предложить добавить более кастомизированное поле для добавления средства для удаленного управления. Например, я пытаюсь добавить RMS вместо существующих, пишу C:\Program Files (x86)\Remote Manipulator System - Viewer\rutview.exe/create /FULLCONTROL /HOST:, все вроде бы хорошо, но далее в зависимости от поля программы куда я это пишу появляются специфические параметры от старых программ. Например в случае с MSRA появляется лишний пробел и поэтому RMS не запускается. И еще порекомендую убрать жесткую привязку к вашему серверу sfs01, т.к. не очень удобно все вручную перелопачивать и везде изменять на свой сервер:)

    поддержка MS Remote Assistance (msra.exe) реализована в версии 2012.12.10 проверяйте.... Порядок колонок (кроме первых 8ми) описан в файле nm.col, на вкладке _filtered_ можно скрыть (утянуть ширину колонки в 0px) ненужные и перезапустить приложение. К сожаленю так исторически сложилось что несколько первых колонок сильно привязаны к коду приложения.

    Здравствуйте Можете добавить функцию "удаленного помощника" Для win7 код выглядит так. C:\Windows\System32\mrsa.exe /offerra $IP или C:\Windows\System32\mrsa.exe /offerra $NETBIOS
