I am only 3 days in and already I have tons (TONS) of useful information at my fingertips. Our environment has NXOS, IOS and IBM N/OS switches and ASA firewalls ... the various high priced apps we already have all have problems trying to map IP address to hostname to switchport - a problem that Network Tracking Database does not have. Even Cisco's own Ciscoworks has problems pulling the information I want from their own Nexus devices (via SNMP). Network Tracking Database using SSH - NO PROBLEM.

Nice program I wish I would have started doing this kind of programming instead of HTML & java. Don't even know where to start with this one. Too busy learning about SOHO right now. I have a project called dual mouse I would like a little help with here on Sourceforge. i know you could help me get this out to the public.

Great software. Using it as a backend for IDS to track down where IPs are on the network.

I've been looking for a mac-address tracking system and device locator for some time. NetDB fills the bill very well for me. The code is clean and well documented. Very well done!
