Neptune's releases are divided into two folders: Kernel and NeptuneOS.
Kernel contains the releases of the Neptune kernel only. NeptuneOS contains the full Neptune operating system. The alpha version of the kernel has been released, but the operating system not yet.

neptune_0.1_alpha_9521.zip
=============================

This is the Neptune kernel version 0.1 alpha build number 9521. It contains three files, the Neptune kernel (NEPKRNL.SYS), the Neptune kernel's configuration file (NEPKRNL.INI) and the kernel's bootstrapper (BOOT.SYS)
In any hex editor, write BOOT.SYS to a floppy disk and copy the kernel and its configuration to it.
