added neodb-manage prune command to remove old posts
maybe last version for python 3.12 / django 4; next version (0.12) will be based on python 3.13 / django 5, and requires postgresql>=14.
Nothing to worry about if you have been using compose.yml from our release. However, if you are not using compose.yml, and has postgresql < 0.14, please consider change docker tag from latest to 0.11.
