Installation and running:
	1. Extract all files to the location of your choice.
	2. Start NecroTimers by executing "NecroTimers.exe".

Usage:
	1. Load the Project 1999 log file for your character.
	2. Click the Parse on/off button.
	3. Select the spells from the drop-down lists you are using for your play session.
	4. Play.

Notes: 
	An .ini file will be automatically generated in the folder you placed the program. All changes you make in the program (window position, spells, loaded log, always on top) will be remembered if the program is reloaded or closed.

Potential issues:
	- Spell durations were taken from the project1999 wiki, and may be off a bit for some spells.
	- Some spells being dispelled or clicked off may not register correctly as removed, as the text trigger for these events were also taken from the project1999 wiki, and thus may be incorrect.
	- Huge Project 1999 character log files might not be desireable, but not tested. I suggest you keep log files under 5 MB.
