ncid-applet - Gnome panel NCID Client

    - Added United Kingdom, Germany, and None country codes
      for formatting telephone numbers.  The "None" country
      code does not format the number.

    - Added support for outgoing calls.  This is dependent
      on the server receiving outgoing call information and
      on the server configured to send the information to
      its clients.

    - Changed preferences buttons from Restore and close to
      Restore and Save.  The Connect button does an automatic
      save of all preferences before it tries to connect to the
      server.

    - Fixed problem where all open call and message windows were
      not cleared before a reload or connect operation.

    - Updated the built-in help documentation.

    - Updated the INSTALL file
