1. To complie the source code, use following command

"make clean ; make"

2. To use the tool, use "PRNG.exe" with following command parameters

PRNG.exe [OutputFile] [MinValue] [MaxValue] [EncryptionMethod] [EncryptionKey <%ld-%ld char(s)>] [TestMethod <0-3>] [NumOfThread]

PS1. Default "EncryptionMethod" is 0
PS2. Default "TestMethod" is 3
PS3. Default "NumberOfThread" is 1
