NetBeans Portable 7.3 Beta

* Makes NetBeans IDE 7.3 Beta (http://netbeans.org) portable.
* Using PortableApps.com Platform is recommended.
* Supports Java SE development only for now.
* Java SE deleopment requires JDK. Please install a JDK locally on each machine or provide a JDK in the folder PortableApps/NetBeansPortable/App/jdk. For example you will find the JDK 1.7 Upd. 7 under C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0_07. Copy the content of this folder completely to PortableApps/NetBeansPortable/App/jdk.
* JavaFX development requires JDK, JavaFX SDK and Runtime. Please install JavaFX locally on each machine. Providing JavaFX SDK/Runtime in a folder located on your USB device will not work for now.
