NastranToCodeAster is a script that traslate the Nastran files in CodeAster files.

   28-04-2012:   
   - Change the "nom" from lowercase to UPPERCASE "NOM" in .mail file.
   - In SPC when degree of freedom=246  written in CodeAster DY=0.0,DRY=0.0,DRZ=0.0 (only short format). FIXED.
   21-04-2012:  
   - Add the support a RBE2 with degree of freedom 13,23.
   - When in the Nastran file there are only solid element isn't written the AFFE_MATERIAU. FIXED
