Changes:

* Scaling is heavily modified to provide the original 320x200 ratio
* Resolution is authentic DOS style, no high-resolution rendering here
* Fixed a bug where the Sound Volume wouldn't fade out
* Fixed AOG bugs
* Save games are NOT compatible with other bstone versions
* Window mode is removed

To play, just drop the binary and dll file (windows only) into your Blake Stone directory and enjoy.  Please note,
if you have both AOG and PS, copy the binary and play a copy into your other directory.  This will provide you
with the easiest way to get started on both games.
