NOTE: This project is in development, meaning that it might not work on your instrument. We are able to run it in our own lab but testing different configurations is difficult. In other words, this software has NO WARRANTY, not even an implied one. Release 0.9 mzapi-live_0.9.zip contains the most recent version of the mzAPI-Live project, including a copy of the executable itself and some example Python scripts for usage. It also includes the source code and MS Visual Studio 2010 solution file for building the project on your own. For more details refer to the documentation contained in the zip file. Note: The library LTQInstControl.dll is not included, and is necessary for operation. You will need to acquire this from ThermoFisher Scientific. NIST_0.9.zip contains code to build NIST.pyd, an extension to Python to allow spectral library searching. This library was used to perform Library-Dependent Acquisition (LDA). A copy of NIST.pyd itself is included in the Release folder. Note: Again, necessary DLLs will need to be acquired from NIST, as well as spectral libaries. Refer to the documentation for more details.
