A 32-bit Ubuntu based OS designed for a pre-built computer that will be sold to Boomers and Seniors who need little more than getting on the internet, reading email, looking at pictures, and maybe playing a few games. It is not designed to be downloaded as a stand-alone OS for any machine. User beware.
My Simple Computer has pre-enlarged fonts, easy to see and locked icons, and has removed unnecessary programs, while adding in the most popular and needed software so that friends and family will be familiar with the applications.
My Simple Computer is built using the look and feel of Elementary OS's Pantheon Desktop and core programming, while replacing or changing visuals and a few of the most used applications to be more familiar with the end user, notably adding LibreOffice, replacing Midori with Firefox and replacing the file manager with Thunar.
