To install:

start scilab and go to in directory where you save archive

download zlib-0.2-1.bin.x64.windows.zip , if you use Scilab windows 64 bit
start scilab and go to in directory where you save archive
atomsInstall('zlib-0.2-1.bin.x64.windows.zip')
