MyPoint: A complete FidoNet point system Files

If You want a rush start without reading the manual, then please read
this short file.


Create a directory named and located at Your convenience. Copy the files
MYPOINT.EXE (and MYPOINT.PST if present) into that directory.

The first time MyPoint is run it creates the directories it needs, 'rooted'
in the program directory. Nothing is ever touched outside the program
directory. This may take some seconds of black screen.

When the setup file is missing (\SYSTEM\MYPOINT.CFG) it comes up with the
setup screen. Complete it and save, then MyPoint/MyMail are ready for use.

If You got a MYPOINT.PST from Your boss node all but COM-port and speed
selection are already set (password vill be there, but is not shown).

The NetMail area will be available to write new letters in from start,
other areas will be automatically created when letters for them arrives.

Now use the on-screen help for further assistance. Please take Your time
to read the manual later to ensure You get the most out of MyPoint/MyMail.
