My PC Can Read! Version 1.0

Just a simple text-to-speech program I made in my spare time. It's licensed under the DO WHATEVER YOU WANT TO PUBLIC LICENSE Version 1.0, which as the name suggests, allows you to freely modify and play around with the program.
