Simply download MyOutlookAddIns.rar and unpack it to your "Program Files" directory.
Then execute the setup.exe of each Add-In in the corresponding Add-In subfolder.

NOTE: Don't remove the "MyOutlookAddIns" folder after the installation since it contains the application files. Remember to set the Registry entry if you want to activate the creation of filesystem folders(see Home/ProjectManager).
