* Updated the Windows MIDI driver setup utility and the INF file
  for compatibility with Windows 10 2004. Should also work flawlessly
  with older Windows versions since XP.

* Introduced alternative driver installation helper infinstall that works
  the "supposed" way using the .inf file yet makes the process less cumbersome.
