I like your motivation, but as you've heard: it is not worthy to be a distribution ;) BUT you can always apply you ideas to the standard ubuntu edition as a package!

It's seems not like a new Linux OS. It's just a UBUNTU with a few packages attached onto it.

Shocking. Just Ubuntu with a few apps tacked onto it. With a bit of work though this project shows promise. Have you tried Ubuntu Customization Kit?
