MumPI 2.2.7 is a Bugfix Release

Further fixes and robustness to the server viewer / CVP.

* Fix jquery URL to use HTTPS on HTTPS pages
* Correctly hyperlink channels with spaces in their names
* When not using hyperlinking, do not hyperlink the root channel either
* Make sure the CVP JSON data is naturally ordered like JS and Qt (Mumble) order them. (Sadly, PHP itself does not provide such natural ordering; thus, a custom/fixed natural ordering had to be implemented.)
