v1.02 (23 sep 2014): new much simplified pipeline made available

INSTALATION AND OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:

Currently provided are the pipeline and scripts for automated attachment of species names
to query sequences, where queries can be from different genes.
open the file multigene_barcoding_unix_pipeline,
there are some instructions inside, and you need to set some options for file names etc.

DEPENDENCIES

INSTALLED SOFTWARE:
  blastn, usearch, makeblastdb, blastdbcmd

SCRIPTS:
sample_db.pl, parse_hits.pl, integrate_taxonomic_assignments.pl

REQUIRED FILES:
single fasta file containing all your queries.
reference files, one fasta file for each gene you are using, with
fasta ID format: >Genus_species_accession or just >Genus_species
