Updated Plugin PQILIMA.A
This is a fix for Ticket 7
This time it is inside an installer.
Delete any copies of MSP.WriteFilter.PQILIMA.A.dll from the MSP Librarian folder.
Then just run the installer.

It's a fix for Ticket [5]
Just run the installer. You do not have to delete any existing files.
Revises MSP.ObjectAndProcessor.dll to v1.2
This fixes bug where intensity values <0.5 were omitted from the output when MSP saved.
On Save intensity remains as an integer, but values <0.5 are now saved as 0

Applies normalise intensity and or reject intensity below nominated threshold.

The plugin is wrapped in a zip file as you can't put dll files directly in the download pages.

And just one day later here is a revision.
Expanded the plugin interface so that it now passes the entry Name through to the plugin. This had knock on for all plugins hence the version change.
No other changes.
