    You may try use Avdshare Audio Converter to convert AC3 to AAC on Mac and Windows

    Very good software. A reviewer said it cannot convert videos from Youtube. That is strange because I have been converting videos downloaded from Youtube successfully.

    This software is great. A previous post mentioned the lack of batch processing, obviously they didn't read the instructions about dragging files onto the desktop icon! The only annoying things about this software are the dos box popping up all the time & stealing the focus, and it would also be nice to turn off the the bottle uncorking sound that indicates successful conversion. When converting many files this gets a bit annoying.
