simple mp3 to ogg converter

Installation:
	just download the project et install where you want

Usage:

	example: mp3toogg -e ./Musique/MP3 -q 5 -r yes

	-e Entry directory     		default ./
	-q Quality from -1 to 10	default 6 (~192 bitrate)
	-r Remove mp3 files			default yes
