Monte Carlo analysis is an enhancement to CPM and PERT methods built into MS Project. It enables project manager to run statistical simulation of possible project outcomes based on optimistic, pessimistic and most likely estimates.
This is a GREAT tool. I have used it for many years and urged many of my co-workers to do so as well. As a project manager it has provided the data I need to convince management that our plans are not realistic. As a programmer, my interest in maintaining the tool has helped me learn VBA.
When I am running the macro, I keep getting told that "The value is not valid.": Tasks(t).Number1 = SpearmanRankCorrelation(ProjectDuration, TmpVec, NN) Please help. Would be great if I could get it working.
