"miniTimer" is a small countup / countdown timer.

This program is written by me, Dawson Tennant (aka abudeveloper) as a learning 
aid to writing programs in C#. Maybe this will help you on a project that you
are working on. I'd love to hear about it.

You will need to unzip and compile this "solution" using monoDevelop, or perhaps
Microsoft C# VS(2008/10).
