This is a bug-fixing release for the 3.5.x series, with no API changes.

Fixes

Observable.fromInputStream and Observable.fromInputStreamUnsafe now emit a chunk when no more bytes are currently available, instead of blocking until the buffer fills up (#1479, [#2082]).
Observer.toReactiveSubscriber, Subscriber.toReactiveSubscriber, Subject.toReactiveProcessor, and Task.parSequenceUnordered now use Platform.recommendedBatchSize instead of the scheduler's ExecutionModel#recommendedBatchSize, which for ExecutionModel.SynchronousExecution is effectively unbounded, disabling backpressure (#1670, [#2081]).

Build and publishing

Automatic snapshot releases from main were disabled; publishing is now triggered manually via the manual-publish workflow.
Updated sbt to 1.13.0 and sbt plugins (Scala.js 1.22.0, sbt-mima 1.2.1).
