Added two flags

    krb5AuthorizeFlag - if set mod_spnego checks if user matches list given in httpd.conf
    krb5RemoveDomain - if set mod_spnego removes domain part of the username

mod_spnego can now also handle Negotiate with NTLM tokens on Windows with SSPI.
