Feat: Serve Streamable HTTP on --listen at /mcp; the removed /sse endpoint now returns 410 with a migration note (#441)
Fix: Every mobile_take_screenshot result now states how to convert positions in the screenshot into screen coordinates, so taps derived from downscaled screenshots land where intended (#440, closes #29, #163)
