You must use IP 192.168.x.250 for server and same version android should be install on your mobile for google play store.

1) Install Microsoft .NET Framework 4 
2) Install MySQL Connector ODBC 5
3) unzip mobcr_setup.zip
4) Run Mobcr_setup.exe
