Microarray Meta-Analysis Tool (MMAT) 0.1 Readme

Notes:
	MMAT is protected under the GNU General Public License v3.

	MMAT is written in Java, and therefore runs on any operating system with Java installed. However, it only works with the Windows install of Graphviz in this release, so graphing will not work on any OS other than Windows.
	
	Some sample data is included in the ecoliData folder.
	
	Currently, MMAT works with the following platforms (in GEO accession):
		1. GPL1261
		2. GPL199
		3. GPL2529
		4. GPL3154
		5. GPL6480
		6. GPL8490
		7. GPL96
		
	All of these platforms can be found in the "platforms" directory.
	
	Source code for MMAT can be found in the src.7z file.

Requirements:
	1. Java 7 JRE

Recommended:
	1. Graphviz 2 (requires Windows for this release)

Install Instructions:
	1. Uncompress MMAT folder
	2. (Optional) Open MMAT.properties file and change GraphVizBinPath value to Graphviz bin folder path
	3. Run RunMMAT.bat file
	4. After a few seconds, MMAT window will appear
