Update brings dynamic link with MMAC. It allows adding, modifing, and deleting nodes dynamically. To link a dynamic and static editor, simply make sure both files have the same name.

This is based on BPMN.

To install, download MMACDyanmicModeler.rar, then simply copy all the .jar files in the dropins folder of your favorite eclipse distribution.
Then create a new document (CTRL + N) and search for "Process Diagram".
