A Perl script to manage MySQL Backups, both locally and remotely (FTP).

For a simpler Bash script (which doesn't manage FTP), see the AutoMySQLBackup project by wipe_out.
I made this because it was easier for me to create a whole new Perl script than to improve upon his bash goodness.

Right now you can expect it to save databases (via mysqldump or mysql with a custom query) and upload them using FTP (via a Perl module).

For compression management or auto-pruning of old backups you'll have to come back later.
