Learner$deadlinesetter now merges partial assignments instead of overwriting the whole field and validates the input as a namedPOSIXct, so setting onlytrainorpredictno longer drops the other entry or crashes at predict time. - fix:
Learner$predict_newdata_fast()now restores the fallback learner's state and predict type from the main learner before delegating, so it works afterresample()andbenchmark()where the fallback object itself carries no trained state or a mismatched predict type. It also aligns the fallback's probability columns by class name so imputed predictions are no longer silently misassigned. - fix:
Learner$predict_newdata_fast()now raises a clear error when the learner has not been trained yet instead of failing with a cryptic error from the underlying predict method.
