mkOS 1.0 x86

First release of mkOS based on Ubuntu 10.04 x86.

This release is outdated so please download the 2.0 release.
If you would like a 32bit release you can still use 1.0.
If you like a 32bit release of 2.0 please file a request in the bug tracker.

2.0 release will be available in the first week of September.
