* mkhotkey.vbs - assign/edit hotkey with any combination of Ctrl,Alt,Shift without using a resident program, by adding a shortcut to hotkeys folder in the user programs menu.		
  usage: Send To mkhotkey in explorer context-menu | mkhotkey - add/remove from SendTo
  to run as admin (or change other properties) edit the shortcut in the hotkeys folder.

Notes:
 copy mkhotkey.vbs to destination folder and run (no params) to add/remove from SendTo folder
