miRSeqNovel, an R/Bioconductor based workflow for novel miRNA prediction from deep sequencing data. miRSeqNovel can process data in both colorspace and basespace forms as well as use the results from different mapping algorithms and reference genomes. It gives fast and accurate output which is fully compatible for downstream statistical test in R/Bioconductor. miRSeqNovel is very flexible and completely customizable. How to install Just as a normal R package: R CMD INSTALL miRSeqNovel_1.3.tar.gz Then in R load the library library(miRSeqNovel) An example script is provided in the file "examplescript.R" and also the Usermanual. The package is freely available for non-commercial purposes. For commercial purposes, please contact qiankui at gmail dot com. Further details will be updated soon.
