Major changes:
- packages updated to 11.3 for Debian 11 and 10.13 for Debian 10
- returned the default username "live", now you can not change the username by boot options
- added MiniOS Maximum version, which will be the largest and most fully functional
- rtl8812au, rtl8822bu drivers for Realtek wireless adapters, VirtualBox drivers added to MiniOS Maximum
- some packages were removed from MiniOS Standard to reduce the size, now this version is balanced in terms of convenience and minimalism
- replaced default browser in MiniOS Minimum with Palemoon to make it even smaller
- the genminiosiso command now builds isos with EFI support
- EFI based on syslinux when installing the system via bootinst scripts replaced with EFI grub
- added a brief installation instruction in the iso root in the README file
