Middleman is a static site generator written in Ruby. It helps developers build static websites (blogs, documentation sites, marketing pages, landing pages etc.) using templates, asset pipelines, and modern front-end tooling like Sass, JavaScript, etc. It provides development tools such as live reload preview, built-in asset management, templating engines, flexible page layout, configuration, plus optional support for integrating front-end assets via Webpack, Babel, etc.
