just a little side project i worked on in conjunction
with this program MHSETROOT
it works with MHSETROOT to set and or cycle your
background image(s) 
just add these programs to a directory of your chooise 
then link them to your menu or search path to start
they show and set the image to your background - 
options are
center
fill
fullscreen
tile

they both work slightly differently
right click menu to see options
