This directory contains the files related to peak deconvolution and detection for GC-MS data. Peak deconvolution and detection methods are developed based on Matlab. All function included in this package are successfully tested on a version of Matlab R2015a It contains an example raw data "TMIX.mzXML", and excutive demo file "demo.m"
