Hi, i've been trying to use v1.3 but it crashes with:

assertion failed
....simplex/face/base.h
Line 220
LastBitFlag()>0

can anyone explain where i'm going wrong?

Also the same parallel slicing error occurs with the sample meshes,
so there must be something obvious i'm doing wrong?!
