DOS-installer for floppy msetup.exe (zipped) (do not rename) & screenshot

All os & app sources are included to installed diskette.

Unix-users: separate the diskette image from file msetup.exe 
with command dd if=MSETUP.EXE of=mfloppy.img ibs=1000 obs=1000 skip=20

If you have some experience in 32 bit assembler you are 
welcome to join coding.
