This is a bugfix release.

Bugfixes

Alternate files for OFFICIAL DLC headers (not CUSTOMDLC) that specified COND_MANUAL would not apply due to some erroneous extra code that would resolve the alternate file to be the original file instead
"outdatedcustomdlc" descriptor on CUSTOMDLC did nothing because the code to delete the outdated folders was not reachable
