METAR Decoder Software Package Library Reviews

This is a Fantastic library!! I wanted to develop a Windows-based application which could decode METAR messages, but after a week of studying the protocols, I came to realize that I was never going to understand everything that I needed to, to decode all the options. And then, I discovered this library. It is trivial to use, *very* thorough in its functionality, and actually builds under gcc without having to spend days figuring out obscure compiler issues.
